Tracey Gray Principal
Tracey is the Principal and Founder of P2 Squared Consultancy.
She has substantial expertise as a results orientated, team builder with advanced skills in governance, performance management, quality assurance, process redesign. Tracey has a dedication to ensure that all Australians has access to health and social service at their time of need in a that is sustainable for future generations.
Tracey’s experience spans the public and private sectors at both the federal and state levels, including working with the private sector, including, corporate consulting, hospital and health care and community services providers.
She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Youthrive Integrated Therapy Services.
Tracey passion is her family including her menagerie of animals, exploring wilderness, sourdough and wonderful friends.
Tracey earned a Masters in Health Service Management from Griffith University and is a Registered Nurse. In addition, she is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an Associate Fellow of the Australasian College of Health Service Managers.
Joshua Pepall Director
Joshua is a Director of P2 Squared Consultancy and has worked with a broad range of organisations across Australia, Africa the Middle East and South East Asia.
His focus is on helping individuals and organisations to reach their full potential through strategy, performance management, organisation design and culture change. He has experience in social impact assessment, operational effectiveness, community development and international relief.
His passion is his family, surfing and the sea, cooking and Brazilian Ju Jujitsu.
Joshua earned an MBA from Curtin University School of Business. In addition, he has a Social Work bachelor’s degree from the University of Melbourne and a bachelor’s degree in Community Development and Sociology from Deakin University.
Sue Holz Director
Sue is a senior consultant with P2 Squared Consultancy and brings a wealth of market research experience to the P2 Squared team.
As a market research professional with over 30 years experience in the field, across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region, Sue’s experience covers a broad range of industry sectors including manufacturing, mining and resources, agriculture, health, education, retail and the not-for-profit and NDIS sectors. Sue’s aim is to provide useful and actionable information and insights to business leaders and managers to ensure they make the right decisions for their business.
On the other side, Sue’s downtime is spent in the garden, 4WDing and travelling.
Sue has a Masters in International Business and is also a director for two businesses, giving her intimate knowledge of the highs and lows of managing staff, cash flow, inventory and exporting.
